EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
This certificate will give you a written opinion stating the works are Exempted Development.
Exemption Certificates will be required for any builds that are exempted. An exempted build is one where planning permission isn’t required. The categories of exempted development are set out in planning law.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
You may cancel the agreement and subsequent appointment but must give a minimum of two working days notice if there is no intent to reschedule.
If a cancelation or postponement takes place withing two working days then only 75% of the fee previously paid will be refunded.
